I, Declan Joyce trading as Kelly Colfer Son & Poyntz, Solicitors of Delare House, South St., New Ross, Co. The purpose of this notice is to inform you of the Data relating to you that I collect and use in connection with this Website and the uses (including disclosures to third parties) I make of such Data.

I do not collect any personal Data about you on this Website, apart from the information which you volunteer (for example by emailing me, using our online feedback form). This personal Data may include:

• Any other personal Data relating to you that you provide to me or that I generate about you in connection with your use of this Website.

If you do not provide this information I will not be in a position to process your request.

Glossary of Technical Terms Used

Web Browser: The piece of software used to read web pages. Examples are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Safari and Opera.

IP Address: The identifying details for your Computer or your Internet Companies Computer expressed in “internet protocol” code. Every computer connected to the Web has a unique IP address although the address may not be the same every time a connection is made.
