I, Declan Joyce trading as Kelly Colfer Son & Poyntz, Solicitors of Delare House, South St., New Ross, Co. Wexford Y34PK37 Ireland, take my responsibility under applicable Data Protection Law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and implementing legislation such as the Data Protection Act 2008 very seriously.

I do not collect any personal Data about you on this Website, apart from the information which you volunteer (for example by emailing me, using our online feedback form). This personal Data may include:

Glossary of Technical Terms Used

Web Browser: The piece of software used to read web pages. Examples are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Safari and Opera.

IP Address: The identifying details for your Computer or your Internet Companies Computer expressed in “internet protocol” code. Every computer connected to the Web has a unique IP address although the address may not be the same every time a connection is made.
